Interim notice: the controller postal address and some service-specific privacy information are still being completed. The sections below distinguish verified behaviour from details not yet established.

Hosting and security
Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and public calendar feeds. Cloudflare processes connection and security data, which can include IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. URL query parameters can include calculator settings or calendar filters. The purpose is reliable, secure delivery of the site; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare operates internationally. The applicable contracting entity, processing agreement, transfer safeguards and actual technical-log retention are still being verified; no EU-only processing or fixed deletion period is promised here.
Security scripts and cookies
The checked live page includes Cloudflare JavaScript Detections and Network Error Logging. These can collect browser signals, set a cf_clearance security cookie and send connection-error reports to Cloudflare. The application source includes no advertising or analytics script of its own. The actual security-cookie lifetimes, reporting retention and assessment under Section 25 TDDDG remain to be completed. We do not claim that the entire website is cookie-free.
Local calculations and workout storage
Calculations run in your browser. There is no Tools account or server-side workout database. The workout builder stores titles, dates, athlete and coach names, exercises, weights and training entries in your browser’s IndexedDB database vsegiri-workouts. The localStorage key vsegiri-workout-last remembers the last selected workout. The workout feature does not upload these records to Tools. Data remain until you delete them or clear site storage; your browser can also remove them. There is no automatic expiry or cloud backup. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. These storage operations support local saving and resuming workouts; their assessment under Section 25 TDDDG is still being completed.
Sharing and external services
Sharing encodes selected workout data after #data= in the link. Encoding is not encryption: anyone with the full link can read its contents. The fragment is not sent in ordinary HTTP requests to the hosting provider, but copies can remain in messages, browser history, synchronisation services or clipboard history. Tools cannot revoke shared links. Exported files contain the selected data. Registration and source links open third-party sites. A calendar subscription lets your calendar provider retrieve a public feed; using the Google Calendar subscription link sends Google that feed URL. Those services have their own privacy notices.
Email enquiries
Email to [email protected] is routed through Cloudflare. The destination mailbox provider is not yet confirmed in this notice. We use your address, message and attachments to respond, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Article 6(1)(b) where needed for a requested contractual relationship. Enquiries are kept until resolved and necessary follow-up is complete, unless legal retention duties or a specific dispute require longer storage. Mail-provider processing and deletion arrangements are still being verified.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and withdraw consent for the future where processing relies on consent. Email the controller above. We normally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension within that period. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. Tools does not use its application code for visitor profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Manage locally stored workouts on your device, as the operator does not receive them through the workout feature.
