Pace calculator
Reps broken down by minute: how many to do each minute to reach your goal, and what total a given pace adds up to. A printable table and a metronome for training.
The last minute is faster than the even pace by the step-up; the rest is spread evenly, with the slower minutes first.
The last segment covers the remaining minutes. A fractional pace is split into whole reps: 7.5 per minute → 7, 8, 7, 8. In the snatch, give each hand its own pace as a separate segment.
Drag the bars on the chart with a mouse or a finger. With a keyboard: Tab to the chart, ←/→ for the next or previous minute, ↑/↓ for that minute’s pace. Only that minute changes, and the plan total changes with it. The plan starts from the breakdown on the other tab.
Plan total: 80 reps in 10 minutes, 8 per minute on average. By minute: 7, 7, 8 × 7, 10.

Metronome
0:00 · minute 1 of 10 · 7 per minute
After Start: a countdown with a tick every second, then a long start signal. Two short ticks before every rep, a long tone on the rep; reps split the minute evenly, the last one lands at the end of the minute. The metronome follows the plan on the page, and changes apply immediately. Sound and voice come from your browser and work offline.
